7. Our agents
We employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Additionally, we are processors of patient information such as impressions of teeth, fit date, treatment objective and treatment plan as well as information which identifies the patient such as name, last name, date of birth and sometimes title (Mr, Mrs, Dr). Patient details are recorded to identify the course of treatment with the right individual.
This information is only used to fulfil treatment objectives. If you do not have permission to send on the patients details to us for treatment we will use an alternative reference method.

All online transactions made through our Courses booking page are PCI DSS compliant as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB and Discover.
All details provided during payments is not stored and secured by 128 bit encryption methods.

Ortho Case Plan Forum
Our support forum is a membership service locked behind a password protected login on an AES encrypted server. Only non personal information is collected, personal information is not shared.
Cloud Backup
Identiti UK Lab Ltd makes cloud backups of all digital laboratory patient cases under a third-party provider, utilising AES-256 encryption. Only your name/reference will be associated with these files under encryption and password protected.
